Symposium on Transformation and Health in Construction

Health in construction goes far beyond accident prevention or simply ensuring adequate ventilation in spaces. This symposium proposes a shift in perspective to move beyond conventional assumptions and understand health as a cross-cutting concept that encompasses the entire life cycle of a building and all the people involved: from workers during the construction process to the end users of homes and facilities. An opportunity to rethink working practices, incorporate a comprehensive approach to health in construction, and move towards safer, healthier building models aligned with people's real needs.
