El objetivo principal del curso es mejorar la formación de profesionales de la salud en el campo de la cooperación sanitaria, el manejo de las patologías infecciosas importadas y conocer las técnicas de laboratorio más utilizadas en salud internacional. Los alumnos que realicen el curso obtendrán conocimiento sobre: - geoepidemiología de las áreas tropicales y subtropicales. - elaboración de proyectos de cooperación y su desarrollo. - patologías infecciosas importadas en nuestro entorno. - salud comunitaria y estrategias de actuación en la comunidad. - funcionamiento, gestión y técnicas diagnósticas básicas de un laboratorio de salud internacional. - manejo de los problemas de salud internacional en la población infantil
