L'ús correcte i individualitzat de la sedació, l'optimització de l'analgèsia i la prevenció i tractament del delirium són fonamentals en la cura del pacient crític. Tot el personal involucrat ha de conèixer conceptes bàsics i eines per a la seva implementació, que en algunes ocasions pot suposar un repte. Presentem el Curs SedUCI que ofereix l'espai per a adquirir aquestes competències amb un enfocament pràctic adaptat a l'evolució del pacient durant el seu ingrés en la unitat de vigilància intensiva.
