Minimal invasive surgery in neonates, also known as minimally invasive surgery or laparoscopic surgery, is a surgical technique used in newborns and infants to perform various procedures with smaller incisions and specialized instruments. Here is a brief summary of the key points related to this approach
I have devoted my entire professional career to pediatric minimally invasive surgery. My philosophy is the following syllogism - "Children are the material carriers of our happiness, therefore everything that we invest in children - we invest with our own happiness." I implement this principle by introducing new technologies in the treatment of childhood diseases, which ensure that they maintain an optimal quality of life. My research interests are minimally invasive surgery in neonates and infants, single-port surgery in children, robot-assisted surgery, NOTES, fetal surgery, studying the effects of minimally invasive surgery on children, the development of scientific provisions for the ERAS strategy.
