Sonia Cañadas Simulation EducatorShe is an intensivist pediatrician with care tasks in the pediatric emergency unit of the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital and a reference in simulation-based training in the pediatric area. She has acquired experience in creating and implementing simulation training programs for residents and in designing programs to improve the skills of healthcare teams, both technical and non-technical. She actively participates in the different simulation modalities, such as face-to-face at the centre, in situ simulations and virtual training with knowledge of scenario design and management and debriefing facilitation.
