Del 16 al 22 de setembre, Vall d'Hebron organitza la 7a Jornada de la Seguretat del Pacient que, enguany, es completa amb tallers nocturns i visites al Servei de Farmàcia.
El programa d'activitats d'aquesta setmana dedicada a la seguretat del pacient pretén aprofundir en temes tan rellevants com són l'ús segur del medicament, la seguretat transfusional o les repercussions legals i ètiques en seguretat del pacient, entre d'altres.
L'objectiu és conscienciar tots els i les professionals de la importància de reduir el risc de dany innecessari associat a l'atenció sanitària.
