La PCR digital (dPCR) és una tecnologia de quantificació absoluta d’àcids nucleics que ofereix una sensibilitat i una precisió superiors a la PCR en temps real. Aquest seminari abordarà els fonaments de la PCR digital, el flux de treball de l’equip QuantStudio Absolute Q (*), la comparació d’aquesta tecnologia amb la PCR en temps real, així com les aplicacions més rellevants en recerca biomèdica translacional, incloent-hi xerrades sobre la seva aplicació a projectes concrets.
