El president ha destacat la vocació de servei públic dels professionals de Vall d’Hebron i la seva dedicació per al bon funcionament de la sanitat pública catalana.
El president de la Generalitat, Salvador Illa, ha rebut avui al Palau de la Generalitat de Catalunya a l’equip de professionals de l'Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron que el van atendre. El president Illa ha volgut agrair en persona als més de 40 professionals de diferents col·lectius implicats en el seu diagnòstic i tractament: Urgències, Medicina Intensiva, Neurologia, Microbiologia, Diagnòstic per la Imatge, Medicina Nuclear, Malalties Infeccioses, Medicina Física i Rehabilitació, Anestesiologia, Hospitalització Domiciliària, així com al personal de seguretat i neteja.
La comitiva ha estat encapçalada pel Dr. Josep Pomar, director gerent de l'ICS, el Dr. Albert Salazar, gerent de Vall d'Hebron; i la Dra. María José Abadías, directora assistencial. El president, que ha recordat la seva experiència amb cadascú dels assistents, ha destacat la vocació de servei públic i dedicació dels professionals de Vall d'Hebron.
