I am a Project Manager with strong expertise in pre-award grant management and research talent programmes. After more than fifteen years in competitive research, I moved into research management to apply my analytical skills, strategic mindset, and communication abilities to support scientists and institutions. At Vall d’Hebron Research Institute, I manage the full cycle of national and international fellowship applications, working with multiple funders and coordinating with HR, Legal, Strategy, and Post-Award teams to ensure efficient and compliant processes.

I support researchers through personalised advising, training sessions, and clear guidance during all stages of submission. I also design and deliver internal courses on proposal writing and contribute to institutional workflows, procedures, and communication channels. My previous career as an MSCA-funded scientist gives me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by applicants, allowing me to translate complex requirements into practical steps.

I enjoy working in dynamic environments, identifying process improvements, and creating tools that facilitate high-quality proposals. My goal is to continue contributing to application success by combining eligibility criteria, strategic thinking, and a service-oriented approach that empowers scientists to secure funding.
