Soc enginyera biomèdica i, des de fa més de tres anys, formo part de la Unitat de Processos, dins de la Direcció de Qualitat, Seguretat, Processos i Innovació. A través de la metodologia Lean i la reenginyeria de processos, el meu objectiu és contribuir a potenciar la reducció d’allò que no aporta valor al pacient per així millorar els resultats tant clínics com organitzatius i contribuir a la sostenibilitat del sistema sanitari.

Curriculum

L’any 2020 em vaig graduar en Enginyeria Biomèdica per la UB i posteriorment he realitzat el màster interuniversitari en Enginyeria Biomèdica (UB - UPC) i el postgrau en Lean Black Belt Practitioner (UPC - Instituto Lean). Tinc experiència en investigació, amb una estada a l’Institut de Microelectrònica de Barcelona (CSIC) i a l’Institut de Recerca de Vall d’Hebron (VHIR). La meva trajectòria professional es va iniciar en la gestió de projectes, tant de consultoria per empreses farmacèutiques com d’innovació per l’administració pública, a través de projectes del programa Horizon 2020, finançat per la Unió Europea.

L’any 2023 em vaig incorporar a la Unitat de Processos i des de llavors he treballat en projectes de millora de processos assistencials i no assistencials així com he participat en diverses iniciatives de transformació digital orientada a la gestió operativa.
