Sóc Cap d'Unitat de Protecció de Dades de l'Hospital Vall d'Hebron. Depenc funcionalment de la Direcció d'Assessoria Jurídica. Les meves tasques són gestionar i donar compliment a la normativa de protecció de dades en les activitats que es duen a terme en la institució.

Curriculum

Graduat en Dret per la Universitat de Barcelona. Màster en Dret Digital i Societat de la Informació per la Universitat de Barcelona - IL3 i Màster d'Advocacia per la Universitat de Màlaga. El meus Treball de Final de Màster es van basar en el consentiment informat en relació a les cookies en àmbit de salut.

Soc advocat exercent per l'Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona.

La meva trajectòria professional ha estat vinculada a dret sanitari. Al 2017 vaig fer pràctiques als Serveis Jurídics de l'Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, implicant-me bàsicament en l'aplicació del Reglament Europeu de Protecció de Dades.

Posteriorment vaig ser advocat especialista en protecció de dades al VHIR, fins que al 2022 em vaig incorporar a l'HUVH.

Sóc membre del CEIm de l'HUVH i secretari de la Comissió de Ciberseguretat i Protecció de Dades.
