SIM-RADAR, the simulation curriculum for residents

Formació per a residents al Vall d'Hebron Centre de Simulació Clínica Avançada

SIM-RADAR is a tool for continuously assessing residents’ training needs and planning the different training activities for each Teaching Unit.

Its aim is to implement simulation as a training tool for residents of Vall d’Hebron in order to promote the development of both technical and non-technical skills in different scenarios.

With the aim of optimally organising simulation for residents, we have applied the SimZones framework by Roussin and Weinsrock (2017) to the curriculum.

Additionally, SIM-RADAR offers the opportunity to obtain a certificate in Simulation Instruction from the Vall d’ Hebron Centre for Advanced Clinical Simulation.
