One of the things I focus on most is maintaining clear, close, and constant internal communication, so that everyone has the information they need and we can work aligned and with trust. My role involves supporting the team in the economic and organizational management of the project, and coordinating the scientific and technical aspects to ensure everything progresses smoothly.

Case 1: Health Outcomes and European Health Data Space
