L'edifici Garbí tindrà un ús que abarcarà totes les fases de prevenció i atenció relacionades amb la COVID-19, ja que atendrà pacients amb aquesta malaltia i s'hi seguiran fent les PCR de pacients i professionals de Vall d'Hebron i la vacunació per a la població igual o major de 16 anys.
A causa de l'increment de casos de COVID-19 que necessiten hospitalització, i per mantenir al màxim la resta de l’activitat assistencial al nostre Hospital, a partir de demà, 14 de juliol, l'edifici Garbí, situat al Parc Sanitari Pere Virgili i gestionat per Vall d'Hebron, tornarà a acollir pacients COVID-19.
Des d’aquest dimecres, a l’edifici Garbí s’atendran de nou pacients a l'UCI i a plantes d’hospitalització, i s'hi traslladarà part del personal dels equips de crítics, Malalties Infeccioses i Pneumologia.
A banda d'això, s'hi seguiran fent les PCR de pacients i professionals de Vall d'Hebron i seguirà sent un punt de vacunació poblacional de COVID-19 disponible al web vacunacovid.catsalut.gencat.cat per a la població igual o major de 16 anys.
D’aquesta manera, l’edifici Garbí tindrà un ús que abarcarà totes les fases de prevenció i atenció relacionades amb la COVID-19.
