o Reception, preparation, and distribution of samples.
o Analysis of samples: hemograms, VSG (manual), hemoglobin HBA1C, routine coagulation, and coagulation factors.
o Validation and interpretation of results.
o Serotyping, storage, and recovery of samples.
o Control and processing of pending samples.
o Resolution of incidents.
o Maintenance control of the following devices: XN-1000, BioRad D10.

CRESA (IRTA) (April 2019 - March 2020) Management Technician in the biocontainment area, NBS3 Laboratories. Functions:
o Work under BSL3 and reinforced BSL3 biocontainment conditions.
o Use of biological safety cabinets level II.
o Management of the combined SAS and autoclave system, including all inputs and outputs of laboratory material, management of bio-hazardous waste.
o Equipment management: maintenance, occupation calendar, disinfection, and assistance to users on its use.
o Periodic verification of all laboratory equipment, balances, ovens, incubators, and ultra-freezers.
o Control of the correct use of equipment, facilities, and PPEs by users.
o Writing and evaluation of incidents.
o Control and maintenance of stock of materials and reagents.

o Analysis of samples, validation, and interpretation of results. Manual and automated cell count of biological fluids.
o Manual reading of urines and microbiology sample seeding.
o Serotecas, storage, and recovery of samples.
o Monitoring the proper functioning of equipment, calibrations, and controls.
o Stock control and order placement.
o Maintenance, troubleshooting, and sample analysis with the following machines: Gem 3000 and 4000, XN 550 and XN 1000, ACL 9000, Integra 400 plus, Cobas 6000, Cobas E-411, and Bactalert.
o Temperature control with Log-Tag.

SYNLAB (Junio 2010 – Julio 2017) Senior Technician in Clinical Diagnosis Laboratory (Central Laboratory, Sagrat Cor Hospital of Barcelona and Emergency Laboratory, Sagrat Cor Hospital of Barcelona). Worked in the routine departments of Hematology, Coagulation, Immunology, Hormones, Biochemistry, and Urines, including all the functions of these departments such as confirmatory serology tests and protein profiles. Responsibilities:
o Registration of requests. Reception and preparation of samples.
o Analysis of samples, validation, and interpretation of results. Manual cell count of biological fluids.
o Manual and automated reading of urines.
o Serotecas, storage, and recovery of samples.
