Administrative assistant to the Secretary of the Cap de Servei of the Servei d'Anatomia Patològica, with special dedication to management assistance. Administrative reference of the Service for the management of incidents and customer care, and also provided administrative support to the academic management of the Department of Pathological Anatomy of the Vall d'Hebron Teaching Unit.

Curriculum

Within the administrative specialty, I studied administrative superior technical. Professionally, in different companies, my work has had a special dedication to the field that I like the most, communication and customer service.
I have been a Hospital administrator since 1996. During my career I have had very enriching professional experiences in different services or departments that are very different from each other, such as Human Resources, the Coronary Unit and other floors of the hospital, the Hemophilia Unit. , External Consultations and User Service. . On many occasions I have had the pleasure and satisfaction of developing tasks related to management and communication with patients and their families.
Since 2005 I have been part of the Pathological Anatomy team.
