This SIMOONS module is set in a renal replacement therapy unit and allows participants to holistically treat a patient with renal failure who requires substitute treatment, catering to adults and paediatric cases.

Different patients have been designed, and the scenario allows for working with various medical devices and requesting imaging, laboratory and electrocardiogram tests.

There are different patient profiles based on age, and participants can interact in various roles: simulation facilitator, participant, and observer.

Multiple cases and sessions can be generated simultaneously.
