La Dra. Patricia Guilabert, de l’Hospital Vall d’Hebron, ha rebut el Premi Jaume Raventós, de la Societat Catalana d’Anestesiologia, Reanimació i Terapèutica del Dolor, per un treball sobre la reanimació de pacients amb cremades.
El Premi Joan Raventós és el guardó més prestigiós de la Societat Catalana d’Anestesiologia, Reanimació i Terapèutica del Dolor i s’entrega al primer autor de l’article amb més rellevància científica de l’any anterior en una revista d’anestesiologia. I enguany l’ha rebut la Dra. Patricia Guilabert, del Servei d’Anestesiologia, Reanimació i Cremats de Vall d’Hebron i del Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR).
El treball, amb títol "Fluid resuscitation management in patients with burns: update" (Actualització en el maneig de la reanimació de pacients cremats), ha estat publicat al British Journal of Anaesthesiology, la revista de major impacte en el camp de l’anestèsia. A banda de la Dra. Guilabert, altres autors de l’estudi són la Dra. Gemma Usúa, la Dra. Núria Martín, el Dr. Luis Abarca, el Dr. Joan Pere Barret i la Dra. María José Colomina, tots ells de Vall d’Hebron. El Dr. Joan Pere Barret és el cap del Servei de Cirurgia Plàstica i Cremats de l'Hospital Vall d'Hebron.
