I have a degree in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. I have a PhD in Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona since 2007, with the Doctoral Thesis entitled "Mediastinal lymphadenectomy as a prognostic factor in small cell lung cancer." I have made several training stays to expand my knowledge of thoracic deformities at the Ricardo Gutiérrez Children's Hospital in Buenos Aires, and in the treatment of lung cancer at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. I started participating in university teaching in 2010, as a clinical associate professor at the Vall d 'Hebron Teaching Unit.
