The group is continuing the modulated radiotherapy (MRT) programme in paediatric, gynaecological and gastrointestinal tumours. It is currently developing an extracranial stereotactic radiation therapy programme for pancreatic and lung cancer, and lung, liver and bone metastasis.

At the same time, the group is working on improving quality control programmes and developing new techniques. It is also studying new therapeutic combinations with radiation therapy and EGFR inhibitors in head and neck cancer and gastrointestinal tumours.
