El centre va acollir el passat 16 de març un dels diàlegs d’aquest projecte participatiu, que busca dissenyar el nou COIB.
L’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron va ser la seu d’una de les sessions participatives del Projecte RESET, el procés participatiu obert als professionals col·legiats per dissenyar el futur del Col·legi Oficial d’Infermeres i Infermers de Barcelona (COIB). La iniciativa ha comptat amb el suport de la direcció d’infermeria del centre, des de la Unitat de Gestió del Coneixement i Avaluació, i hi han participat infermeres i infermers de l’Hospital i de l’àmbit de primària del territori.
Les sessions realitzades a Vall d’Hebron van permetre els professionals tractar aspectes del seu treball i del futur del COIB com la visibilitat de la seva tasca a la ciutadania, la importància del professionalisme i la prescripció infermera. La jornada es va caracteritzar per l’intercanvi positiu d’idees i la participació dels inscrits.
Es tracta d’una iniciativa posada en marxa pel COIB amb l’objectiu de dissenyar de forma participativa un nou model de relació i donar sentit a la institució. Per fer-ho, s’ha donat als professionals la possibilitat de participar en el procés a través d’una sèrie de diàlegs per crear acords conjunts i consensuats de les línies a iniciar i desenvolupar.
